3 Accused of Criminal Conspiracy, Weapons Offenses at Macy's

Besalem Township Police arrested a woman and two men at Macy's Department Store Tuesday in Neshaminy Mall for carrying weapons without a license.

Just before 5 p.m. Tuesday Bensalem Township Police arrested a woman and two men at Macy's Department Store in Neshaminy Mall for weapons offenses. Charges include carrying a weapon without a license, retail theft, criminal conspiracy with multiple criminal objectives and receiving stolen property, according to information on Bucks County's inmate database. Sherena Cooper, 28, of Wilmington, Del.; Lavon Tyron Turner, 23, of the 4400 block of N. 18th Street in Philadelphia and Deontay Willingham, 23, were all sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of bail. Cooper and Turner are being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, while Willingham, who also had an outstanding Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Wilmington, is being held in lieu of $150,000 …

Man Arrested for Weapons Offense

A man was arrested and charged with possessing prohibited offensive weapons according to a recent Bensalem Police Department blotter.

A Yardley man was arrested in Bensalem for possessing prohibited offensive weapons, according to a recent police blotter. Just before 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, Charles Fisher, 42, of the 2300 block of Sterling Road was arrested on the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard. He was charged with possessing prohibited offensive weapons. Police told Patch that the arrest was linked to a retail theft. "He had brass knuckles and a spring loaded knife," Sgt. Andrew Aninsman said. Fisher was arraigned before District Judge Robert Wagner on Saturday, Jan. 19. and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail, according to the Bucks County's Inmate Database. Traffic Stop Leads to Marijuana, Weapons Arrest

Early Wednesday morning, Trevose troopers arrested a Falls Township man for pot and prohibited weapon possession.

  The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station and gaming control troopers stationed at Parx Casino. On Nov. 14 at 12:45 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at exit 46A in Middletown Township. While approaching the vehicle, the trooper detected the odor of marijuana. The driver, a 38-year-old Falls Township man, was found to be in possession of marijuana and a spring-loaded knife. He faces drug possession and prohibited weapons charges.

Bristol Man with Brass Knuckles Charged with Weapons Offense

State Police were investigating a robbery Tuesday when they stopped a Bristol man and found him to be in possession of brass knuckles.

  The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. On Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 10:30 p.m., Trevose troopers were investigating a possible robbery that occurred in Bristol Township. During the investigation, state police stopped a 22-year-old Bristol man at Route 413 and Falls Road. The man was not involved in the robbery, but he was found to be in possession of steel/brass knuckles. He was arrested for prohibited offensive weapons, processed and released. He faces charges in district court.

Two Philly Men Face Gun Charges

They faces charges of possession and possession of firearm with altered serial number.

  Bensalem police have charged two Philadelphia men with firearm offenses. On July 23 at 2:48 a.m., police arrested the following individuals at Kingston Way and Street Road: They were charged with carry/possession of a weapon without a license and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail each.

Police Make Seven Tuesday Arrests

Charges included curfew, weapons, trespassing, disorderly conduct, warrants and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction. On Tuesday, April 10, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 10:23 a.m., a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old female, both from Bensalem, were charged with violation of daytime curfew in the 2400 block Pasqualone Boulevard. They were issued citations. At 10:34 a.m., Robert Donald Dagostin, 38, of the 6300 block of Forge Turn, was arrested in the 4500 block of Laurence Court on an outstanding warrant out of Luzerne County. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Luzerne County Sheriffs. At 11 a.m., a 14-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with having a knife…

On Wednesday, Jan. 25, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 2:45 a.m., Joseph DiPerso, 20, of the 2700 block of Webb Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1200 block of Bristol Pike and charged with robbery, person not to possess a weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of an instrument of crime, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $125,000 bail. At 11:04 a.m., Joseph Keashon was arrested in the 3400 block of Bristol Pike and charged with DUI and reckless driving. Between Dec. 2-4, Bensalem police made the following arrests: On Dec. 2 at 3:40 a.m., Christine Walton, 39, of the 400 block of Bethel Road, Somers Point, N.J. was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with theft of services.
