About three dozen people lined Bethlehem Pike in Hatfield Friday.
Holding signs that read "Hey middle class, they are coming for your $ next," and "Taxing the rich hurts everyone," a group of about three dozen people protested President Barack Obama's visit to Hatfield Friday morning. The protestors gathered in the vacant lot of a closed down gas station near the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Unionville Road in Hatfield, waving signs and garnering the occasional honk in return. But a Twitter campaign has already begun against Papa John's after CEO John …

Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senators release reactions to the ruling.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Affordable Care Act, known colloquially as "Obamacare," upholding the constitutionality of the act in a ruling Thursday morning, according to a report from the Supreme Court website. Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senators released reactions to the ruling. Sen. Pat Toomey (R): “I am extremely disappointed. Today’s decision is a jarring blow to our 200-year-old tradition of constitutionally limited government and personal liberty,” Toomey said. “ The Supreme Court’s decision doesn’t change the fact that President Obama’s health care law is a terrible policy that will impose new taxes, increase the cost of health care and cost our country jobs. It is now up to Congress to repeal Obamacare and enact common-…

Yeah ... Saw that in The Inqy yesterday. Thank God the Democrats would NEVER raise taxes (although I guess NOW they'll call it anything but a "tax") on the Middle Class! Because you know the employers are simply going to pass that cost right down to their employees. Happy days!   more ›
