Police Charge Philly Man with Theft from Macy’s

State Police Thursday arrested a Philadelphia man for stealing clothes from Macy’s in the Neshaminy Mall.

  The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file. On Dec. 6 at 12:05 a.m., state police responded to the Neshaminy Mall for a reported theft. According to police, a 42-year-old Philadelphia man was observed exiting the Macy’s Department Store with a large white bag. Mall security personnel apprehended the defendant after a brief foot chase. He was arrested for receiving stolen property for the $740 in clothes that he had in his possession. He was transported to Bucks County Prison by constables.

Police Make Three Thursday Arrests

Charges included receiving stolen property, public drunkenness and defiant trespass.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction. On Thursday, Aug. 18, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 5:27 p.m., lan Devane, 43, of the 6200 block of Lewisville Road, was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road, and charged with receiving stolen property, authorized use of a motor vehicle, driving without a license and driving under suspension. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. At 6:22 p.m., Filiberto Bravo Carillo, 54, of the 1100 block of Firehouse Road, Grantville, was arrested in the 2200 block of Galloway Road, and charged with public drunkenness.
