As a Certified Recovery Specialist, I have a passion for helping people who need extra support during the recovery process. I received training at the Caron Foundation. I am a skilled life coach and communications professional. I have a clear understanding of the problems leading to addictive behavior and the education and working experience necessary to be an effective coach. Since I possess a demeanor that immediately makes people comfortable I am capable of guiding them through different stages within the recovery process. As a single mother in recovery with three teenage children, I have the knowledge to attain and sustain recovery. I also have the understanding of being the parent of adolescents, and great empathy for parents living through the challenges of recovery.
