Bensalem Turnpike Ramp Open Following Crash
Traffic had been blocked at the westbound acceleration ramp of the Bensalem exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
A commercial vehicle crash at the westbound acceleration ramp of the Bensalem exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike has been cleared and the acceleration ramp has been reopened.
Crews worked on scene for about three hours clearing a trailer, which was breached and had been hauling trash and scrap metal, according to information the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission provided at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. By 3:15 p.m. the entry ramp to westbound I-276 had been reopened, according to the commission.
